Build Better Youth is dedicated to empowering teens from 3rd grade through 12th grade by providing them with essential life skills that foster personal growth, responsibility, and confidence. Through engaging programs and mentorship, we aim to guide young individuals toward making positive choices, understanding the importance of crime prevention, and developing the tools necessary to succeed beyond their academic years. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where youth can explore their potential, build strong character, and prepare for a successful future. In 2025, we proudly partnered with the Cumberland County School System to expand our reach and enhance our programs, ensuring more young people have access to valuable resources and guidance.

The Boys program, Building Better Men, focuses on instilling leadership, integrity, and resilience in young males, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and purpose. Conversely, the Women’s program, Radiant Rubies, empowers young women to embrace their worth, cultivate self-esteem, and develop skills that will enable them to thrive in all areas of life. Both initiatives emphasize the importance of education, character-building, and community involvement, ensuring that youth are equipped not only to succeed academically but also to become responsible, compassionate adults. Our collaboration with the Cumberland County School System in 2025 further strengthens our commitment to providing impactful life skills and support for the youth in our community.
